If you already have renters, we’ll work and communicate with them to collect your rent for you.
  • Price your rentals right for your market and reduce vacancies.  Our RentMatch Comparison report provides actual rental rates for similar rentals in your geographic location. This insight allows you to maximize your revenue and fill vacancies faster. You can access your customized RentMatch Comparison report by securely logging into your Portal.
  • Market your rentals on nearly 100 websites and fill vacancies sooner. We quickly list your rentals online posting them to our website, and on nearly 100 other listing sites. We also create a professional online Renter Application for each of your rentals. Renters can apply right from their smartphones.
  • Screen for the best residents. Virtual Rent screens your applicants in minutes, enabling you to place the highest quality residents quickly. Our screening report includes credit summary, FICO score, credit report plus nationwide eviction and nationwide criminal data (includes sex offender scan and search of OFAC (terrorist) watch list).
  • Collect rent and fees faster with online payment options. Modern renters expect easy, online payment options. With Virtual Rent, your renters can pay their rent online with Cash, E-check, or credit card. Rent sends monthly text and email rent reminders and invoice statements to your renters before the rent is due. All rent payments for screened tenants are reported to the Experian RentBureau to encourage on-time payments.

Renters insurance covers your renters’ personal property if it is damaged or stolen. All policies automatically include $100,000 in liability to landlord coverage for the unit.
  • Manage your rental documents efficiently.  Access important documents anytime from anywhere! We organize and upload your documents to your owner portal. We also track your tenants’ lease expirations, renters’ insurance expiration and other important deadlines.
  • On-demand access to your rental performance statements. Your monthly and annual rental statements are securely posted to your Portal, saving time and paper. These simple statements provide you with a quick snapshot of your property details for the month or the year.
  • Finally, we communicate with you and your renters every step of the way. We notify you when your listing is posted and when renters submit their applications. We remind your renters to pay their rent and let you know if the rent payment is late. We send you a note when maintenance issues arise and when your rental statements are available.
